¾ cup Water
6 Tbsp Sugar
2 cups Peeled Avocado (chopped)
½ tsp Grated Line Rind
2 Tbsp Line Juice
1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
- Combine water and sugar into a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and cool until room temperature.
- Place sugar mixture and remaining ingredients into food processor; process until smooth.
- Divide mixture evenly among 6 (4-ounce) ice-pop molds then top with lip
- Freeze for 4 hours of until thoroughly frozen
